"Stellar first impression."
I am so impressed with the professionalism and kindness during my application experience. I needed assistance and had questions. Alberto Lara walked me through the issue then made sure all of the needed documents were correct. I believe this is the beginning of a great tenant/landlord relationship with First Key Homes.

"Tyrone The Maintenance MAN!"
Scheduled a maintenance request for a clogged toilet and TYRONE came in and put my family at ease in 5 minutes and had a great attitude while doing so! Thank you!

"Power"
I have been without power for 11 days now. I call Firstkey daily. All they say is I will have someone reach out to you. No one ever dose. After sending multiple emails and calls nothing has been done. I have no power, no hot water, lost all of my food in the refrigerator and freezer. Electric is essential and they don’t seem to care.

"Vin was most helpful today in regards…"
Vin was most helpful today in regards to me moving out of the property at 895 Grandiflora Dr. Greenwood IN. I had a maintenance issue concerning leaking washer valves. I was instructed Sunday to place a maintenance ticket so this could be fixed Monday morning. Maintenance has still not come out so I had to haul water to the property to clean. Vin was very kind and patient as I was explaining my plight. I was also concerned that I a was being charged for the full month of October. Vin connected me to “Payments “ and Lewis answered my questions. Thank you
