"Mike with First Key Homes!"
Mike with First Key Homes swung by today and not only fixed one problem, but two! Our dishwasher went out and we also had to have some dry wall re-installed in our garage due to a water leak. It wasn’t the smallest of problems to have, but thankfully Mike knew what he was doing and was very helpful and kind! Send Mike back anytime!!

This review is for Kyle Garnany in Birmingham Alabama. He is beyond amazing. We have really struggled with First Key and he’s the first employee we not only met but went out of his way to make sure our experience was nothing but top notch. He helped with so many of our maintenance request. He was so on time, helpful, respectful and just a pleasure to work with. First Key needs to cherish him because employees like that are hard to come by.

"First time receiving "Excellent Customer Service", with First Key Homes."
This was the first time a Service Representative was very polite and helpful. His name was Mario Reynaga. This Representative was professional and assisted me with my issue very efficiently.

"UNRELIABLE IN TIMES OF EMERGENCY"
I'm very disappointed with First Key, We have an Emergency our water system was blown away and get damaged during Hurricane Ian. We ended up without water on the same day September 28th I reported the issue and called on the same day hoping they will work with it immediately, but after 8 days we are still waiting for someone to reach out to us, everytime we call the emergency number the only thing they will say is someone will give us a call. When?? no definite answer. This should be taken care off the first thing we reported this. I will give them ZERO for handling thier EMERGENCY.

I spoke with Mario Reynaga today and he was such a huge help in explaining to me the breakdown of my bill and also assisted in getting my late fee removed for me. Totally made my day!! Great customer service and so helpful! Thank you!!

"Simple management needs take over 1 month...still waiting"
We have put in several maintenance requests for our refrigerator that has stopped working. Multiple technicians have determined the refrigerator needs to be replaced. We were told a new one would be delivered, which did not occur. The agents have told us they are unable to figure out what is wrong with the warehouse. This is because they hire foreign agents who are totally incompetent. To top it off, these agents don't know any of the contact information for management or even their supervisors. They don't have names or even phone numbers. This issue has been unresolved for over a month. This is an unreasonable amount of time to leave this issue unresolved. There is no oversight or quality control at First Key Homes.

"I had tech Charles K come out for…"
I had tech Charles K come out for needed repairs. He was very polite and professional. He had my 4 yr old toddler monitoring his work. He was so sweet in explaining all the steps he was doing to my little guy. Everything was fixed and he even checked into a few other things that weren't on the list. Thanks for all the help Charles!

"Great experience with a very nice gentleman"
I had a great experience with John F. It was the second or third time he came to fix something at my house and every time he did a great job! Thank you so much John my sinks are working perfectly fine now.
