Julian was amazing! He listened to my concerns and was able to communicate effectively with in regards to my issues… prior reps were rude and disrespectful. Julian is a gem in your company and wish more of your reps were like this!

"I was unable to log into for 2 months"
I was unable to log into our app or even on the website. I have been trying to get this fixed for about 2 months. One today's call I was routed to several different people before I came to Oscar. He listened and offered several ways to help. He did not just offer to create a ticket and move on to the next caller, he walked me through different ways to help until we found a solution and got my issues fixed. He also sent me an email with a link to upload my current renters insurance and showed me how to upload once I had my paperwork ready. Thank you so much to Oscar for helping me fix an issue I had been having for the last 2 months! I appreciate your time, kindness and patience.

"Attentive Customer Service"
Attentive customer service sometimes is slow. Build the Development of more rental assistance programs. Also attention to the inspection maintenance of the property is not current or frequent.
