"Power"

I have been without power for 11 days now. I call Firstkey daily. All they say is I will have someone reach out to you. No one ever dose. After sending multiple emails and calls nothing has been done. I have no power, no hot water, lost all of my food in the refrigerator and freezer. Electric is essential and they don’t seem to care.
