Vin was most helpful today in regards to me moving out of the property at 895 Grandiflora Dr. Greenwood IN. I had a maintenance issue concerning leaking washer valves. I was instructed Sunday to place a maintenance ticket so this could be fixed Monday morning. Maintenance has still not come out so I had to haul water to the property to clean. Vin was very kind and patient as I was explaining my plight. I was also concerned that I a was being charged for the full month of October.
