"Only cylindrical lockset with an…"

Only cylindrical lockset with an occupancy indicator on it that I could find. Is not commercial quality though. Cheap, thin metal parts. Indicator on one of the locks will not fully turn to the green or red vacant or occupied status, it stops partially between the two, adding some confusion and making me look like I don't know how to put locks in but I am a locksmith and have done many. The poor quality hurts my reputation.

"Can't ask for better service"

We had a problem with ADA locks we had ordered a few years back. They were constantly breaking, jamming. We reached out to Ana and she was very accepting of our plight. Even though they were 2 years old she offered to send us the parts for free to try and fix them or a discount if we ordered all new locks. We chose the latter as we felt this was the better choice. The new locks are supposed to be better and stronger......time will tell but at least Ana attempted to make it right. Thank you Ana!

"Will NOT answer the phone, or call you when you leave a Message."

Will NOT answer the phone OR call you back when you leave a voice message. There service might have been good at one time, but Not any more. I called left a message. Called this morning right before 9am, on 9am, 9:01am up-to 9:05am, and it said all operators were busy,B.S. They have their phones off.

"I always have to contact customer…"

I always have to contact customer service to complete an order since I order amounts that do not correspond to the quantity free shipping and discounts. So I have to have them make the order free shipping. They are almost impossible to get on the phone. They do not reply to messages left. The product itself is of poor quality and my client is constantly having to replace these. They manage to survive just past the 6 month warranty. I wish there was another company that made these better. Maybe there is a reason no one does. Until then this is my only option for my client.

Dear Sir, Thank you for your review! Customer satisfaction is our first priority. This was the reason: 1. We waived the shipping cost from your yesterday's order even though the quantity was not corresponding to our shipping policy (we offer free shipping on Package with 6 locks only). 2. Our customer support works Mon-Fri 9am -6 pm EST. If you get the voicemail within our business hours it means that our customer support is busy with other customers. You received the email answer on your voicemail within 30 min after you left a message. Our customer support SLA is less then 60 min. 3. Regarding the quality concern: According to our Warranty we replace any product with factory defect within 6 months of purchase completely free of charge (including S&H). After that, we are offering 50% off the new purchase, given that the locks are not vandalized. You bought 2 ADA compliant locks in March 2021. We did not receive any complaints from you, but rather you ordered 8 heavy duty indicator locks yesterday, negotiated free S&H (which is contradicts our policy), received the invoice within 30 min of your inquiry. 4. We are always working to improve our customer support, as well as the product offering. We are planning to release, the heavy-duty ADA compliant collection by the end of 2022. You may want to consider the indicator deadbolt from Schlage, or indicator lock from Cal-Royal. We have more than 10,000 happy customers, who stays loyal to our brand. FYI, ADA compliant Vizilok is protected by pending patent.

Quick and Easy! Vizilok is a great product!! Not sure how you keep from being offensive when you ask for Honesty. You Survey people need to grow up and quit being so sensitive. Your not helping our society at all with this type of nonsense.

"Would not recommend for high traffic use"

I ordered 18 locks for a project, they’re not working out at all. They feel cheap, they lock up easily, and there’s complaints that if you push the lock button and then close the door the door stays locked instead of unlocking as the latch is pushed in as is common with other locks. EDIT: I will up my experience to 4 stars, they do have great customer service and the warranty per their reply. I will leave my original review above because I do believe those are real issues with the locks and will need to be fixed in the future, but at least they're good about replacing units at no charge and quick response
