"My only problem is the website"
My only problem is the website. I signed up for the newsletters, etc and was supposed to receive an email to verify, but the email has not been received and is not in my spam folder. Also, I had entered credit card info and then had to change the billing address. When I changed the billing address, the site deleted the payment info and I had to re-enter it. So other than the website, I do not have any complaints so far. It is hard to review a product that you won't receive for at least a week.

While there had been initial delays in shipping and with the components found in the first order, Vizilok has been prompt in responding to our concerns. We have installed the first lock set received, and it is an excellent product with impressive materials and performance.

"Terrible"
Terrible, I have been waiting for over a month to receive a replacement handle. All documentation as requested was sent, confirmation email saying the handle would be shipped and it has never arrived. Follow emails requesting the handle have never been answered. If the products are being spec'd in a government tender you would think the service would be better.

"ADA Bathroom door lock set"
Excellent quality product. Looking for professional office, ADA bathroom door lock and vacant/in-use sign on lock itself. Highly recommend.

"The product replacement process was…"
The product replacement process was handled very friendly and efficiently. The product that is being replaced however, I have concerns about. I am not confident in the durability of the product which was an ADA compliant indicator lock. I am hopeful that the engineers as Visilok will look into weak points in the chassis and screw holding power. When the lock loosens up in the door, it moves down out of position and scratches the door and may have also contributed to the failure. Hopefully they will at least add a Locktite type material to the threads of the fasteners.
