"I received my order quickly"
I received my order quickly, however no invoice was sent with the box. Also the item I ordered was in a box that had a description for a different lock than what I ordered. However, when I opened it, it was the correct lock that I ordered. It looked as if my lock was put in a box that had obviously been opened-perhaps one that had been returned?

You have all my information to make this order happen. I placed it on line Monday 3/9, but had to check on it again yesterday since it wasn't here only to find out it was pending. Also I left a voice message asking them to call or email with status. No return phone call but this email came over many hours later telling me it shipped. Very poor service.

"I got the keyed indicator locks and…"
I got the keyed indicator locks and they work perfectly. I am recommending this to other businesses. Really convenient for shared restroom with other tenants in the building. I won't have to worry about other people using the restroom for my employees

"This is not a heavy duty commercial…"
This is not a heavy duty commercial lock. Breaks very easily. We see these locks installed in commercial applications and they last about 3-4 months before breaking. The only reason we are purchasing is because our customer insists on an exact replacement.

However, we noticed that you left this negative review regarding the functionality of the product (SKU: C6FS lock) right after you placed an order on the website, not even giving time for the product to actually be shipped to you. We see that you already purchased from us our ADA-Compliant indicator locks earlier, but our Heavy-Duty indicator lock was ordered for the first time from your account. We would say that it is impossible for anyone to actually appraise a product without having received it in hand. Please contact us and let us know if you ever had any issues with the locks. "We purchased 2 of the ADA indicator…"
We purchased 2 of the ADA indicator levers for restroom doors for a restaurant. One lever broke. I emailed tech support at Vizilok and explained what happened. They responded right away. All I had to do was send a photo of the lock and they actually shipped me a new lock! I am beyond impressed with them. I am a locksmith and will def be purchasing from Vizilok in the future.
