"Good Service, But Wish Communication Was Better"
Ribbon is a great service for home buyers/sellers and agents alike. I wish the communication was easier and quicker. Seems like the company needs to hire more staff. All in all, I had a good experience working with them, but it was not flawless by any means.

"Steve in North Carolina"
Was renting home in my neighborhood and seller was selling the property for way more than myself and my fiancée wanted to pay so we had 30 days to vacate the property. My realtor told me about this program and when she did a house in my same neighborhood came up for sale the same day. I was able to put in a bid and pay the earnest money and secure the property in 4 days and under contract. My realtor Debbie and Ryan with Ribbon were fantastic and closed before I had to move. You couldn't ask for a better situation.

"VA Clients Finally Bought a Home"
My clients were VA financing and could not get an offer accepted. Once they signed up with Ribbon, they went under contract and it was a very easy process. Everyone at Ribbon is very friendly and helpful. The home closed on time and everything that was promised from Ribbon happened. I will recommend them to future clients trying to finance a home.

"Made the Difference"
My determined buyer client who has been searching well over a year did not want to take the chance on losing the bid. Once they decided to use Ribbon their very competitive offer was way more competitive and they won the offer. Ribbon was very responsive and helpful each step of the process. It is a well oiled machine and provided assurances that both buyer and seller needed. The team at Ribbon was organized and communicated very clearly. All questions were addressed promptly if not immediately. Loved the experience and will continue to use.

Brooke is AMAZING! Not only did she work closely with me to make sure that I fully understood how to win contracts with Ribbon. But she also took the time to connect with the listing agent who had never heard of Ribbon before. Brooke was able to advocate for our position and got us under contract by explaining all of the ways that our Ribbon offer would help the seller. "I knew it sounded too good to be true"
I knew it sounded too good to be true. Everything was fine until we got to the part about having to pay $6,000 a month rent on top of the 3% fee. Which wasn't disclosed until just before the contract was to be signed. Needless to say the paperwork was never signed and the clients went elsewhere. My advice??? Read the fine print with a good, strong, magnifying glass. And then find another company to deal with.
