"A true lifesaver"
They were a blessing to work with. Teryan is incredible and helped us with absolutely everything. She was very responsive and patient with all of my questions & concerns. I’ve never experienced such a high level of customer service before. I’d highly recommend Ribbon Home to everyone. They helped put us into our dream home.

Ribbon has helped me and my clients make transactions happen that wouldn't have otherwise. In this business so much has to do with timing and flexibility. Ribbon has allowed my Buyers to make quick and competitive offers they wouldn't have been able to make without Ribbon.

"Saved my deal, but..."
While the concept is great, and it literally saved my deal at the very last minute. However, the communication was lacking on several occasions, but being a newer company, I know there will be adjustments to make things go more smoothly. I appreciated having this option, just need to be pro active in the transaction.

"Cash Buys"
Ribbon allowed my FHA buyer the opportunity to purchase a home and rent until eligible to purchase. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient as this was my first transaction from the buyer side. Great experience.

"Use another service"
Ribbon offers a valuable service, with poor follow through when buying back the home. We wanted to close very quickly after they purchased the home, like the next week. They delayed and delayed getting the contract to us, so our closing was delayed for weeks. Then they force you to close with their notary, only on a Tuesday or Thursday. If you are not on a tight time line, Ribbon may be for you, but if you want to move quickly, look to use a different buying service.

"Personal Experience"
I am a loan officer. My client used Ribbon for the offer on a home. I truly believe using Ribbon allowed them to get the home they ended up purchasing. We ended up financing the loan and Ribbon actually covered an appraisal shortage. My experience was great. I am recommending their services to other clients.

Ribbon was a great program for my buyers to use, to be able to win our offer for their home of their dreams. We couldn’t have made this happen without the help of Ribbon stepping in, especially since my buyers still had their house to sell. Our Rep for Ribbon, Michelle Wakefield, was amazing, patient, Knowledgeable and so helpful with everything step of the process from explaining how to fill out the paperwork, to how each step of the program worked and what to do next. The way Michelle explained each process, was incredible and really helped me, as my clients Realtor, to be able to explain, how the program worked. Anytime I had questions, Michelle, was just a text or phone call away. Once we went to the next level of the program with the due diligence period, our Rep Amanda and Jenny, were also amazing and very helpful with getting us to closing!! I highly recommend using Ribbon to be able to purchase a home like cash so you can win multiple offer bidding wars or purchase your next dream home without having to sell your current home first.
