Absolutely love the service that Ribbon offers to clients that have missed out on so many offers due to financing contingencies. Everyone at Ribbon is always helpful! The only recommendation I have, once the buyers offer is accepted, provide a checklist or a guide of what to expect next in the process.

"Ribbon is great option"
Ribbon was presented as an option on my listing. It allowed the Buyer to purchase the home, as my seller would not accept a home to sell contingency. Ribbon is easy to work with and a benefit to its clients.
