Ribbon is a valued tool in my tool belt to help my buyers win multiple offer situations. Sara Al Ibraham, my Ribbon advisor, is available during odd hours and by some chance if she is not, someone else steps in and fills the gap. Ribbon is an I Buyer that is Agent friendly and I have recommend and taught classes on how to properly utilize Ribbon to gain leverage in this competitive market.

My family’s experience with Ribbon was great! We worked with Mark and Jella, and both were so helpful throughout the process. "First Ribbon Home transaction"
This was my first Ribbon Home transaction. It did not go as smoothly as I had hoped, and there was lots of confusion along the way as to what was due and when. We made it to the closing table in time though, and my buyers are in the process of purchasing the home back from Ribbon now.

"Crazy sellers market"
As is common in this crazy sellers market, our financed buyers lost out on 2 homes then they discovered Ribbon. Ribbon allowed them to make a cash offer with 7 days due diligence and a 21 day close! The offer was immediately accepted and now our buyers are finally in their home that they may not have gotten if it werent for Ribbon.
