"Pollen Cancelled Cancun Just for Laughs & hasn't refunded our money"

Pollen (Travel Trippr) cancelled the 2022 Cancun Just for Laughs, and now will not respond to us about RETURNING OUR MONEY for Services not Rendered. We still have non-refundable Airline tickets and need the credit on our Visa to reserve a different hotel. We gave them all the evidence needed: 1) Our Receipt for full payment 2) Pollen's 100% Money Back Guarantee if event is cancelled by Pollen (which is the only reason we booked and I see they are changing this policy after Dec. 31,), and 3) Pollen's Cancellation of their event (Nov. 2 - 6, Cancun Just for Laughs) Date listed is the last time they communicated of the cancellation, but no response or action as to returning our money.

"Jbalvin Neon Punta…"

I bought tickets to Jbalvin Neon Punta Cana In May 2022, event happening Dic 2022 they said I will get my wristbands by Sept so time past and I didnt get anything, I called the hotel to see if I was ablle to add a night to my existing reservation but they couldnt find any reservation under my name. I sent an email pollen to get hotel reservation and haven't receive any answer. I sent an email to a guy that helped me with my booking and he said company didn't pay their employees and they went bankruptcy

DO NOT USE POLLEN! I have been waiting on a refund for 4 months now , absolutely been messed around , been lied to , no sign of my refund , when I email/ send request forms / message on social media I am ignored and when I rarely do get through and ask where it is I am met with “ we do not have that information at the moment” , they are liars , completely rude staff and it’s all a scam , you won’t get your money back so don’t book with them in the first place ! RIP OFF

Absolute disgrace of a company do not book through pollen I’ve waited two years for £658 refund I’m a single parent to 3 kids and moneys very tight I’ve sent email after email and no reply but it’s going to get resolved as my parents have paid a private investigator to get this company shut down for good and they already got some evidence they are a rip off so good luck thief’s

So so disappointed. I’m 6 months over my refund due date, I’ve sent a lot of emails and even had to put in a complaint form. No one has responded to me, they are taking peoples money.

"scam of a company"

this is a absolute joke now. they just ignore every email. the company have stolen from me. its been over a year and guess what? still no refund. I had abode on the snow booked for 2020. It got moved twice due to covid. Then cancelled. this is not my fault it was cancelled, and yet they wont return my money. seeking legal advice. I'm fed up of them ignoring me this is not going away.

"Absolutely fantastic event"

Absolutely fantastic event. Aside from the extra activities (boat party and bingo) everything was scheduled in such a way that you could physically experience every event without having to choose between two options. I especially liked that only one band played at a time with a short interlude between sets.

"Awful experience with Pollen - STILL WAITING FOR REFUND"

Awful experience with Pollen. Booked Maya Jama weekender which was supposed to be in May but then was changed last min to Ibizia in September!!! We have been trying to get a refund since. We were told it would take up to 90 days which would of been the end of July. It is now basically September and nothing. The customer service is awful as it takes weeks to get a response just for them to say 'they are extremely busy'... doing what?? It is disgusting we are still waiting for a refund of over £1000! Spoke to my bank and they said they had been having a lot of people having problems with Pollen also.
