"Awful experience with Pollen - STILL WAITING FOR REFUND"

Awful experience with Pollen. Booked Maya Jama weekender which was supposed to be in May but then was changed last min to Ibizia in September!!! We have been trying to get a refund since. We were told it would take up to 90 days which would of been the end of July. It is now basically September and nothing. The customer service is awful as it takes weeks to get a response just for them to say 'they are extremely busy'... doing what?? It is disgusting we are still waiting for a refund of over £1000! Spoke to my bank and they said they had been having a lot of people having problems with Pollen also.
