"Tasty but NOT healthy"

Decided to give them a try as sometimes we just need something quick (no cooking required). The food is very tasty - however, i'm SO disappointed with the Total Fat and especially, the Saturated Fat content :( Out of the 8 meals I ordered, the majority of them had 9g!! of Saturated Fat - that is NOT healthy. I'd love to be able to continue ordering, but will likely not order these again.

"PJ provided exceptional customer…"

PJ provided exceptional customer service and was patient and gracious and kind and did more than what anyone could have expected in a very unfortunate situation where we as customers had to deal with the food accidentally triggering chronic gastric issues we're dealing with, which isn't anyone's fault. But it required that I needed to cancel my subscription, find a way to get my money back, and basically re-organize my month as far as food goes. But PJ handled everything with finesse and was able to provide me with excellent service and bedside manner that many 24/7 customer service lines rarely exhibit. Give them a raise because PJ is an exceptional member of Freshly. Give them a raise and plenty of praise, thank you! :)

"The food is disgusting"

The food is disgusting. Like, the worst cafeteria food you can imagine. I'm shocked because I've tried several other services, and everyone else has amazing food. I don't know how they're still in business, let alone have so many positive reviews??? I will say, the website is easy to navigate, deliveries were on time, everything was simple and straightforward. That doesn't make up for the food being barely edible.

"Just Blah & $$$$$$"

I ordered one box and found the portions on the small side and the food to be bland and in some cases unappetizing. The standard price is over the moon for this quality. I'm amazed at all the 5 Star ratings..makes me think different parts of the country have a different experience. Once was enough for me.

"I live in a very large complex..."

I live in a very large complex. All my orders (about 9 at this point) had been delivered to my unit's door. This week they weren't, which really confused me. I checked the package room and they were not there either. After talking to Jassy (Weird that they introduced themselves as Chuck at first, but it doesn't matter haha) it appears my package was delivered to the mail room, but not placed in a locker - meaning it was stolen. The freshly team was very understanding and they made the whole customer service process painless by giving me a full refund and a $10 credit as well for the inconvenience. It's great to know that freshly not only sends great food at reasonable prices, but also is understanding about hiccups that occur with delivery (especially when you're in a large apartment complex). 5 stars to Jassy (and Chuck too I guess haha).

"Worst experience ever"

Worst experience ever. For past three months UPS has been skipping my delivery, damaging the box, or delivering to the wrong address. Freshly keeps refunding the food and I keep having to get my meals elsewhere. Skip the heartache and move on from this ^%$#SHOW!
