PJ provided exceptional customer service and was patient and gracious and kind and did more than what anyone could have expected in a very unfortunate situation where we as customers had to deal with the food accidentally triggering chronic gastric issues we're dealing with, which isn't anyone's fault. But it required that I needed to cancel my subscription, find a way to get my money back, and basically re-organize my month as far as food goes. But PJ handled everything with finesse and was able to provide me with excellent service and bedside manner that many 24/7 customer service lines rarely exhibit. Give them a raise because PJ is an exceptional member of Freshly. Give them a raise and plenty of praise, thank you! :)
