Got my issue handled promptly which is why Im giving 4 stars. Once they figure out how to alert you when meals are out and let you switch rather than sending what they want. I’ll give 5 stars for sure.

"Late "Skipping" Meals"
I have not been able to commit to ordering from here for a while but do not want to cancel my account because I have in store credit. I accidentally forgot to "skip" this week's meals earlier today and Pink was very helpful in assisting me to get that taken care of. Pink was very professional and friendly and I appreciate the help.

"Their customer service is fast and very...."
Their customer service is fast and very kind. I was helped by Jones. Refunded something I accidentally ordered. Just make sure to cancel before 72 hours. And the food is pretty great!

Although I am disappointed that the app goofed up my delivery date, PJ made an excellent recovery and made me feel heard. PJ helped me rectify the issue as best as possible, I was grateful for the help!

"I was interested in the price"
I was interested in the price, so I decided to give it a try. I didn't like it very much. The food is very greasy, but if you don't have time or an opportunity to go to the store or make it yourself, you can.
