I live in a very large complex. All my orders (about 9 at this point) had been delivered to my unit's door. This week they weren't, which really confused me. I checked the package room and they were not there either. After talking to Jassy (Weird that they introduced themselves as Chuck at first, but it doesn't matter haha) it appears my package was delivered to the mail room, but not placed in a locker - meaning it was stolen. The freshly team was very understanding and they made the whole customer service process painless by giving me a full refund and a $10 credit as well for the inconvenience. It's great to know that freshly not only sends great food at reasonable prices, but also is understanding about hiccups that occur with delivery (especially when you're in a large apartment complex). 5 stars to Jassy (and Chuck too I guess haha).
