Upon making an error on booking flights on Oct7,I called Air Canada and rep”Elijah “ was very helpful in rebooking our flights. He was very patient and professional in helping me secure all my requests and benefits. As a senior with a husband with metastatic cancer he showed compassion and concern to help meet those needs, a quality not often found these days. I feel he went above and beyond what his job requires, for this I am truly grateful. He not only is an asset to this business but one in which others should emulate.

"GEORGE, outstanding customer service"
I had a domestic flight scheduled in November. The airline changed the flight from 1PM to 11PM causing a 12 hour layover. GEORGE canceled the flight and not only got a full refund from the airline, he got a credit for a future booking as well. He then found a better flight at a lower price. Outstanding service.
