He was very patient and professional in helping me secure all my requests and benefits. As a senior with a husband with metastatic cancer he showed compassion and concern to help meet those needs, a quality not often found these days. I feel he went above and beyond what his job requires, for this I am truly grateful. He not only is an asset to this business but one in which others should emulate.
