"After having completed my reservation"
After having completed my reservation, two days later, decided we were too old to return from CA in the red eye. Jennifer solved my problem with ease and experience . Very impress with her know how and speed . Very happy with company and your service.

"Emergent flight change"
Cody was very supportive and helpful. He got both my husband and I on an earlier flight to return home. As a result my mom was able to have her surgery in 24 hours after her fall and hip fracture. He was quick and gave accurate information. I only wish we could have used the money from the flights we paid for but we’re unable. Also, unfortunately did not get credit for the extra money we paid for bags and seat choice package … only the actual flight ticket. Would have been nice to get full credit. So in the end we paid for the new flights + our bags but only for credit for our flights only. 😞 If we would have gotten full credit flight + bags etc then would have been 5 stars. Cody was very clear in the terms and we had no choice but to accept. I appreciated his quick action and empathy for my situation

"Purchasing airline tickets with my voucher"
I purchased airline tickets using credit from a previously cancelled flight. I was helped by Kaitlin and she was both helpful and thorough. Her follow through in sending me my ticket vouchers was quick. She made the process go well.

"Thomas the ticket representative was…"
Thomas the ticket representative was very patient and professional in locating my airfare refund. Once he located the refund he applied it towards my new airfare. Thomas went above and beyond the call of duty and offered to reserve a window seat if I contact him via his telephone number the day before my flight. I’ve never had an agent to offer that level of support. Kudos to Thomas! I wish every person needing assistance with Airfare would encounter a person as courteous professional and friendly as Thomas.
