"GEORGE, outstanding customer service"

I had a domestic flight scheduled in November. The airline changed the flight from 1PM to 11PM causing a 12 hour layover. GEORGE canceled the flight and not only got a full refund from the airline, he got a credit for a future booking as well. He then found a better flight at a lower price. Outstanding service.
