I had a last minute overseas flight and my travel agent SESE took awesome care of me and went above and beyond. She got me the best rates and shortest layover far better then any of the other popular booking sites and airlines. She is also extremely courteous, patient, helpful, and made me feel comfortable as I was highly stressed out over the last minute logistical planning. I could not recommend a better travel agent then her. Asap.has won a customer for life because of her dedication and hardwork to true customer service. Asap please promote Sese to a leadership position or reward her with a raise and bonus because she has earned it.
