"Lipika was extremely helpful"

"Oopps"
Initial agent was nice. Did not like the hidden cost additions. Worst= never got seat assignments as promised. Waited and waited so I went directly to airline. So as soon as they got your money we were left hanging.

"I was planning a trip to Thailand and…"
I was planning a trip to Thailand and Madison helped me by finding flight in my price range and stayed on the phone with me the entire time. I had found the same flights she did but cheaper. Madison took off $100 from the price I found and booked the flights!

"I was not happy the way my flight…"
I was not happy the way my flight change. I was expecting the same deal like business class now it’s economy class. It wasn’t my mistake. The AA kiosk said they could not check my connecting flight PAL doesn't show up in their system. If it was purchased directly from AA it could have been fixed. Oh well! Thought I don’t have to pay more but I did, but not happy the way it turned out. It was emergency that I have to leave on the 12, sister died. Missed one day instead of 13 went to 14. Too exhausted!!!
