Had a great service agent help with stojan from ASAP . This is my second time booking with him . He's a great with lots of patience and care for customers. Stojan is honest and he try his possible best to find you best price. I recommend Stojan as your travel agent to help find best price.

"Flight to Turkey"
Agent Dotu was very helpful finding the flights with the details that I was providing and very patient with me being very busy (mom of 4 and, pianist and a health coach) and not taking calls right away. I was happy to find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Dotu. I'm recommending this agent to work with.

"Horrible experience"
My experience with ASAP tickets is horrible. From the beginning it was all talk and no service. I had to change my flight and I wrote over 25 emails and never got a reply from the agent who is supposed to be helping me. The day that my flight was scheduled to return that I knew I was not going to be able to make I received a message telling me I had $600 to pay. And then they added an extra $250 as a fee and then another $150 to the Airlines and then another $50 processing fee. It is Despicable this service called ASAP tickets. I will never use it and I'm going to put on Facebook until all my friends and relatives not to use ASAP tickets. There is no way that anyone would see this as a reliable and responsible or professional company. They are just the opposite
