"Excellent agent"
Excellent agent, helped me out with finding the right flight and the price. In my opinion, airline fare pricing has become almost criminal. Instead of becoming easy with software It is so time consuming that it is worth going with a travel agent. ASAP was the right choice.

"On short time and peak season to booked"
I understand that my travel date is on a peak season. But Dolores is really doing her best far and beyond to get the ticket that close to my budget. Even tho I can’t get the ticket for my primary destination, but I still have a lot choice of destination. And this year I’ll celebrate Christmas in Copenhagen-Denmark. "Bad customer service"
Bad customer service given by Hobbs He's a lying guy Only cares about his commission and tips. I really really had bad experience with him Sold me the most expensive ticket. After that didn't care about me.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
