"Horrible company"

Horrible company. I'm not one to complain, but how would you all know that. But I'm not. I was purchasing meals for my 92 year old mother. It just didn't work out for her. The meals were decent. I got an email from Freshly to download their app. So I did. Unbeknownst to me, because of me downloading their app, my next order was doubled. So I had (have) a credit of $78.00. I have since cancelled my subscription, because like I said, it just didn't work out with my 92 year old mother. I have been arguing for weeks to receive a credit. Freshly simply will not. A reputable company? I'm furious. They have no problem deducting $$$ from my credit card - how hard is it to put it back in? This is truly absurd that this so-called reputable company will not reimburse me - whether it was my mistake or not. Do NOT do business with them. There are many other places to buy your food. Watch your back.
