Over a period of 6-7 weeks, Ignas went above and beyond to make modifications and changes to an already existing plan - but I felt like what we got was a custom home. We experienced impeccable communication and willingness to go above what was expected to create our dream home. Truoba was always prompt to respond to emails and had our plans with all the requested modifications and additions in less than 7 weeks - which I was told by other competitors the process was going to take a few months at minimum.
