"I could not be more happy with Truoba"
I could not be more happy with Truoba. I found the website when I was at a very low point: overwhelmed and frustrated and losing hope that I would ever find the right house plan. My husband and I want a simple yet stylish modern, energy-efficient, right-sized house in which to spend our retirement years. There are many small house plans available, but few of the ones I've seen have the fresh modern style of Truoba's. Equally important is the company's emphasis on sustainability and energy efficiency. Working with owner Ignas Stancikas was incredibly easy, a wonderful experience. He responded to my emails promptly, and he communicates clearly. I'm still amazed that I got to work with such a talented architect.

"Ignas is a great asset to your team.."
Ignas and his team have been awesome to work with. Communication has been very timely and revisions made very quickly. We are building close to the Gulf of Mexico and our engineer requested the drawing set be changed to ICF construction. The Truoba team handled it quickly along with my random changes and requests. Ignas is an awesome person to have our your team and his designs are beautiful. We will be building the 320 home and purchased the plans before we had a lot. This allowed our lot search to to be tailored to our home. I look forward to sharing photos as we progress.

"A pleasure to work with"
We are finally in the process of building a new house, and of course we were looking for the “right” plan. As soon as we saw the TRUBA web site we knew we would find our dream house. There were a few plans that we really liked and we settled on one that would best fit our property. Of course there were a small number of changes that we were interested in. Ignas was a perfect partner. He made the changes and provided updates quickly. He was flexible with the design and the building materials and answered our many questions. Delivery of the final building plans was within a week of our last change, which is very quick in these demanding times. Ignas continues to support us and make changes as needed. We are about to break ground and feel very lucky to have found TRUBA and Ignas as our architect.

"Truoba experience - great"
My experience with Truoba was a positive one. The plans are thorough, communication was professional, and delivery of revisions were timely. We haven’t started construction just yet, but we did just receive the permit from the building department. Truoba made quick updates (at no additional charge) in response to our builder and building department. Overall my experience has been great.

"Satisfying experience Turning concepts into reality with Trouba"
When we purchased a ranch property we were ready to move forward with a custom home based on years of research and idea collection. We had an clear idea of what we wanted and fully realize the value of working with an architect. Truoba had a style and design aesthetic that was similar and felt familiar to the type of designs that we preferred. We contacted Ignas by phone and email to initiate the process of creating a unique custom home blending our research and design ideas with his design concepts. He was always prompt and thorough with responses to our comments and questions. The team at Truoba designed a home we are so thrilled with, meet all our needs and design criteria, all while providing us with options and variations to consider. The process was very collaborative and easy. We are excited to begin building soon. We would highly recommend the Truoba team and would definitely work with them again if the need would arise.

"Prompt, reliable, professional and efficient!"
Ignas was incredible to work with. Over a period of 6-7 weeks, Ignas went above and beyond to make modifications and changes to an already existing plan - but I felt like what we got was a custom home. We experienced impeccable communication and willingness to go above what was expected to create our dream home. Truoba was always prompt to respond to emails and had our plans with all the requested modifications and additions in less than 7 weeks - which I was told by other competitors the process was going to take a few months at minimum. Truoba’s cost to create our dream home was very reasonable. I was impressed by their timeliness, efficiency, professionalism, honesty and reliable support from beginning to end. Thank you Truoba and Ignas for helping us with our home project and being the first step to making our dream home come to fruition.

"Excellent service and a beautiful home."
Working with Ignas was an all around great experience. He was and continues to be very prompt and responsive. All of my emails and calls to him were responded to quickly. We made changes to the original layout and Ignas made great suggestions as to what he thought would work the best with the initial plans. He asked questions about details as well like, where we would like to place the HVAC etc... If you are looking for a unique house plan that doesn't look cookie cutter with the ability to make changes to suit your needs and wants, Truoba is defiantly the company that you want to go with. My wife and I are extremely happy with the way our plans turned out and can't wait to start building!

"I have been extremely satisfied thus…"
I have been extremely satisfied thus far with my experience with Truoba. I was able to make some adjustments structurally and with the design to better fit my personal needs. I would definitely recommend this site to somebody looking for a great looking and functional modern design home. I can't wait to see the house we are building come to fruition. Just broke ground on the project.

Our experience with Truoba and Ignas, the architect, was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, Ignas and the Truoba team were prompt and efficient in their responses and were very accommodating to our design requests and modifications. The best part of the experience was seeing an alternate version of our proposed vision for a breezeway that was better than what we envisioned!
