"Working With Truoba/Home Plan 320…"
My wife and I were looking for that perfect Mid-Century Modern Plan. We had originally purchase a different plan from another architect. About two weeks after making that purchase I was looking for some mid-century design ideas and came across an exterior design by Truoba. Once I went onto the web-site and found the Truoba Home Plan 320, my original plan purchase was not an option. The 320 plan checked all the boxes of what we were looking for. Working with Ignas and his team was too easy, seamless and a complete pleasure. The changes I requested were provided the next day and Ignas input was extremely helpful. We are very excited to start the build on the home and will share photos when complete.

"Didn't know if this would work??"
We weren't too sure when we first engaged Truoba to design our forever home because it was online. After several conversations, we decided to pull the trigger. Not only did we feel comfortable paying for the plans because of all the initial groundwork that had been laid, but we were never left not knowing what was happening. The communication was spectacular and after all, that is what keeps us moving, right? Thank you, Truoba... love the designs, love the follow up and if you are looking to get drawings for your home, both my wife and I completely recommend this service.

"Stress Free Plans"
I ordered house plans from Truoba and have had nothing but an amazing experience! I sent requests for minor changes several times (a lot!!!) and each time I received a quick response and was sent the new plans within a day or two. Building a home is stressful and it was so wonderful to have had zero stress with Truoba and such great customer service!.

Although we had previously picked out another home plan, once we saw Truoba's 320 plan we were immediately excited & envisioned it on our chosen lake lot. We found working with Ignas, Truoba's architect, extremely easy & prompt. We made a few minor changes to the plan to tailor it to our needs & Ignas was always quick to respond and provide his input & expertise. We were extremely impressed with the detail of the blueprints provided as they were so much more comprehensive than plans we had purchased and built from in the past. We recognize the value in having well thought out plans not only for the framing, but HVAC, electrical & even furniture! Though we won't begin construction immediately, Ignas welcomed us to return to him with any needed changes we decide to make in the interim. Needless to say, we're very satisfied & happy to have chosen Truoba.

"A Great Experience!"
It was a pleasure working with the Truoba team with an awesome experience from start to finish. Great response time, easy to work with, asked great questions, offered suggestions and made sure if the plans were exactly how I wanted. Although I currently don’t have a lot for the house plans, they were more than happy to work with me on what I was going for. Looking forward to work with them again.

"Truoba Home Designs are the Best"
Ignas and his team at Truoba were great to work with. Their designs have an intelligent flow and efficient utilization of space. Ignas was very helpful expediting our modifications to help make our dream house become a reality. We originally found their house plan on a different website. They were going to charge more and take twice as long for the final plan with our modifications. We reached out to Truoba directly, had multiple weekly conversations, and always felt like we were a priority. In less than a month we had the plans for our new home. We couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend Ignas and the team at Truoba.

"Excellent service"
Excellent service, excellent response rate!! Ingas has made our experience fast! Not only did we order I Main house house plan we ordered a mini house as an ADU! Highly recommend using this company!

"Professional, attentive and high-quality design work."
Ignas has been extremely accommodating, attentive and great to work with. We modified one of the stock designs shown on the website, customizing it to fit our family’s needs. Super easy process. We are very pleased with his professionalism and quality of work. We highly recommend using Trouba for your house plan needs.

"I wish I could give more stars"
I wish I could give more stars! The Truoba architect was excellent, working through each of my requested modifications in a timely and professional manner so my resulting plan is truly the home of my dreams. When my builder saw the plans he said he wished all the architects he worked with were as good as this! You will not get better service or product from anywhere else. Thank you Truoba!
