I worked with Zachary Goss who was not only personable, he was professional, responded quickly, answered all my questions and even some I didn't think of, and he handle my situation with care and empathy. He was upfront with me on realistic terms and options for my situation but didn't make me feel bad about or uncomfortable about it. He was also pretty funny, which really helped lighten the situation! The car industry is really tricky and stressful these days. Work with Zach and he will do everything possible to remove these unpleasant factors for you. You rock, Zach!
