I worked with Zachary Goss who was not only personable, he was professional, responded quickly, answered all my questions and even some I didn't think of, and he handle my situation with care and empathy. He was upfront with me on realistic terms and options for my situation but didn't make me feel bad about or uncomfortable about it. He was also pretty funny, which really helped lighten the situation! The car industry is really tricky and stressful these days. "Great Service, Best Rate"
I loved being able to do everything via text messaging. Jeremiah was very responsive and on top of things - even working on my application over Labor Day weekend.
