Ezra at Gravity Lending was great to work with. We communicated in various forms (email, phone, text) as that's what I needed as I was extremely busy. He went above and beyond to help me locate my title. Overall, he was able to do what I needed - I got a lower interest rate for my car!!! Thanks Ezra and Gravity Lending.
