"Disappointing, especially for vegetarians"

I found Freshly really disappointing. They have so many options - if you eat meat. If you're vegetarian, you have to order the same meals over and over again, which I was sick of after just 2 weeks; and they only add 1-2 new options each month. The food was inconsistent - the distribution of ingredients was sometimes way off, with thick slices of onion making up 50% of the falafel bowl multiple times. The food itself was either bland or strange-tasting, with odd ingredients sometimes added to things (like butternut squash and carrots making the marinara sauce taste nothing like tomatoes). I often ended up with meals I didn't want to eat because it forces you to finalize the next week's order before you have a chance to try the current week's meals. We had been super excited to have quick, healthy lunches each day, but ended up discontinuing the service after a few weeks.
