"Great experience with a few improvements"

Overall, the service is great and adds a lot of efficiency to the renting experience in my case. What would be helpful is an app or a readily available helpline to get questions answered. The lockbox isn't the easiest to open also (I had to call and get a new code). There's also a walkthrough form before move-in. A great idea but the form is so long, the website is not mobile friendly and its too hard to get to in the middle of the move. If ziprent could include information around utilities, wifi, trash etc for the unit being rented it'd be an improved experience. Along with a better mobile site and a list of recommended movers to choose from. Ziprent makes things more efficient but there few more things they can add to make the experience even better.
