We had a great experience working with Ziprents. I’m so grateful to find them on Yelp. They quickly assisted me in finding a qualified tenant for our condo. They took professional photos and listed our property. I also appreciated all the representatives at Ziprents as they were supportive and responsive to all our questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient property management company.

"Highly Recommend Ziprent!"
Ziprent has made finding and renting my new place super seamless. I was able to view the property on my time and have all of my questions answered right away. The customer service exceeded my expectations and made the transition to my new home seamless. Their portal makes it very easy to pay rent and schedule/view any maintenance for the home. I definitely recommend renting a property managed by Ziprent.

We used Ziprent to help place a tenant and they will continue to manage the property for us. The placement went very smoothly, from first contact to taking photos, getting ad up, to the tenant screening process. Very professional and I liked that they kept me in the loop. The team is very efficient and responsive. Five gold stars!

"Best Service I’ve had"
I just have to say. I am very impressed by the service I was provided by Zip Rent during my process of finding and renting an apartment. The teams very well connected. Very responsive and just quick and and easy. I applied and I was kept in the loop of every step. Alison who helped me the most was amazing ! I am grateful not only because I found the apartment I was looking for but because everyone especially Alison were great and professional. I have rented properties before and most of the times customer service is poor and non helpful. Definitely recommend!

"Great experience with a few improvements"
Overall, the service is great and adds a lot of efficiency to the renting experience in my case. What would be helpful is an app or a readily available helpline to get questions answered. The lockbox isn't the easiest to open also (I had to call and get a new code). There's also a walkthrough form before move-in. A great idea but the form is so long, the website is not mobile friendly and its too hard to get to in the middle of the move. If ziprent could include information around utilities, wifi, trash etc for the unit being rented it'd be an improved experience. Along with a better mobile site and a list of recommended movers to choose from. Ziprent makes things more efficient but there few more things they can add to make the experience even better.
