"Out of state signing"

Strong Home loan officer was advised early on that we needed an out of state signing for one of the two borrowers. It was surprising to us and the title company when the forms came in pre-dated with the same date for both signers. Due to needing to overnight mail the forms this caused a problem. Fortunately the title company found a way to add in language to assist notaries with accepting these signatures. Other than this, the experience was good overall.
