"Smooth process from start to finish"
The entire process was smooth and simple. What stood out to me was how fast Sam communicated with me, be it by phone, email or text. I was not a easy customer with lots of questions and follow up but Sam stuck with me until after the closing answering most messages within an hour, sometimes faster. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to refi.

"Wayne Gallenberger was courteous"
Wayne Gallenberger was courteous, very helpful, was able to meet with us on weekends and after normal business hours. The loan process was smooth and we appreciated the professionalism of Wayne.

"Water Test"
I was skeptical of the 30 day lock period. I pushed for a 45 day period but was told that Strong Mortgage usually is able to close within 30 days. 3 days prior to closing I’m told that since I have a well, a water test is needed. The water test took 3 weeks to obtain resulting in losing the lock and getting a higher interest rate than I anticipated. It would have been a simple step in the procedure in the application process to let it be known that a water test was needed if on we’ll water.

"Laura Labow took great care and…"
Laura Labow took great care and understood our time frame in which we had to operate to get to closing. She was prompt to answer any calls, texts or emails (and we had a lot of them)!!! With the effects of the pandemic so far reaching as well as the economy, we had many unusual hiccups which she handled beautiful. StrongHome Mortgage was fantastic to us!! Highly recommend to anyone!!

"Honest, direct and consistent, throughout"
Of all the online lenders who solicited our business, Ian at Strong Home Mortgage was the most direct and clear. His statements held true throughout the process. In the end I chose Strong because of that honesty and consistency, which I did not find among the competitors vying for our business.
