"Out of state signing"
Strong Home loan officer was advised early on that we needed an out of state signing for one of the two borrowers. It was surprising to us and the title company when the forms came in pre-dated with the same date for both signers. Due to needing to overnight mail the forms this caused a problem. Fortunately the title company found a way to add in language to assist notaries with accepting these signatures. Other than this, the experience was good overall.

"My loan officer was Jeff Berman,he is…"
My loan officer was Jeff Berman,he is an excellent loan officer and a better human being!He stuck with me for six months trying to help me with a cash out refinance.All of the issues with the refinance were due to me having many issues bad credit,etc.We we’re finally able to complete the refinance and Jeff went over and above to make sure I received the best deal and interest rate available!

"We had a great experience with our loan…"
We had a great experience with our loan officer, Julie Smith, was on top of things and was able to answer any questions we had. she took time out of her day to review a document with us to ensure the proper information was there. Whether it was by phone, email or text. I highly recommend Strong Home Mortgage to friends and family. I also recommend Julie as a loan officer as she is intelligent, and organized. Thanks again Julie. We really appreciate all the help you provided on our new home.

"Competitive Rates and Unmatched Customer Service"
Strong Home Mortgage had the best rates available compared to 4 other mortgage lenders. They also had the best communication and customer service. At the end of the day, cost is incredibly important. But Strong Home Mortgage's timely customer service is what enabled my sale then purchase of a home to occur so smoothly. Mike was phenomenal and his availability was unmatched. Initially when Mike tried to pitch the customer service side I kind of wrote that off. On hindsight I recognize how critical this piece was for success for my family and I.
