"Great Customer Service"
Strong Home Mortgage is reputable mortgage lender's in the market, I had a very good experience dealing with them and my refinance application went very smoothly with help of Kimberly Swing one of there Loan Consultant, who helped me with every step of the way. The only thing I have to say, they do charge points which I was not to happy about, but with rates going up, I excepted the offer so I locked my rates.

"Too much required information"
Andi was good but think you should get rid of your policies pertaining to customer requirements when they are only financing less than 1/2 of the value of their home .To much b.s.when someone has a very high credit rating and has plenty of equity in their home.
