"Best house we have ever rented"
Our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly how pictured. The amenities were over the top! Our family found the house we will rent over and over . We especially appreciated the sturdy and large amount of deck furniture as well as the beach supplies . The walk to beach was perfect and the pool area is amazing! We can’t wait to come back .

we arrived at obx early visited some of the places we love i got a text message saying our house was ready 3 hrs early we drove to house easy to do keyless entry. we were very pleased with the cleanliness and the home and view the beach only a short walk on walkway. the pool area was well maintained we had a great week

"The house is amazing and the pool"
The house is amazing and the pool, hot tub great. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired in that silverware had food in it, the top oven had smashed food in it, and all but one pan was scratched up. With all that being said we would stay there again. Great house and location!

"Home is great for large families"
Home is great for large families. Location is wonderful. Downstairs needs some form of cooling. Pool is very nice. Lots is room to spread out. Kitchen is in need of an organization day and dishwashers need some repairs. The two washer and dryers and great! Overall, nice place. Will book again

"Overall the week was perfect"
Overall the week was perfect. Loved sitting out on the deck watching the beautiful sunrises, waves, and reading. Walking the beach and collecting shells is always a must. Experienced our 1st tropical storm, wasn't to bad. Things maybe to improve.... Beds are still uncomfortable, there needs to be a light on back deck near door, it's very dark when you open door. Reflector tape on front of long step. Missed having the screen door.

"I loved the house just need TVs in…"
I loved the house just need TVs in every bedroom and king sized beds in master bedrooms. The house is beautiful and well cared for. The pool was amazing. We are planning two weeks next year!!

"The best house we have stayed in over the last 20 years !"
This house was in excellent working order. Spacious with plenty of places to spread out. The kitchen had EVERYTHING. The location was perfect and so close to the beach access. Would love to stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home.

"Best Beach house in years."
All our guest were very impressed with all of this house upgraded. Us old folks Loved the chairs on all decks and swimming pool, that they were Andereck's chairs that only tilted back a Littie amount for senior people. Also the added flat top grill up on 3rd floor, added a wonderful place for us to cook breakfast, sunny side up, scrambled, omments, WOW, so easy. Thank you so very much.

"Overall our stay in OBX was wonderful"
Overall our stay in OBX was wonderful! We enjoyed the house, the pool and a hot tub. No one wanted to leave. Everyone asked if we could stay at least another week. We will be back. Although there were some issues with the house cleaning. There were hairs on bathroom sinks and tubs when we arrived as well as a lot of pet hair around the house and on some furnishings. The description said no pets. It was so bad we had to vacuum the upstairs as well as launder some of the blankets in the living room as they were full of pet hair. Overall our vacation week was wonderful!
