"Great experience as always"
Was a really nice experience as always! Used Sun Realty multiple times and will continue to do so. House had parking for 4 vehicles which was awesome for Jeep Invasion 2022! More than enough space inside for everyone to do their own thing as well.

"The Bennett's - Cumberland, Maryland"
This house was amazing, Beds were comfortable, just need new pillows (pillows were flat). Also, would do away with the bunk beds and put twin beds on the first floor. Would recommend a vacuum cleaner and a crock pot. Loved being close to Fish Heads Bar & Grill and the pier. We love staying in South Nags Head. We love Sun Realty. Looking forward to 2023!!!!

"Perfect beach cottage for dogs"
absolutely loved this beach cottage. I have been coming to the OBX for the past 6 years - this has been my favorite house. Great touches, so well decorated, and overall, very comfortable. Loved the covered top deck and very pet friendly.

"Had a lovely time in this home"
Had a lovely time in this home. It was comfortable and spacious. Beautiful sunsets that we could enjoy from the large deck on every level. Was very nice to have the elevator for loading and unloading. House is very accessible. Awesome location, loved the grocery market across from the Dollar General, wish we would have discovered it sooner! Will definitely come back.

"perfect home in the perfect location !!!!!"
the house was great... pool was awesome and hot tub a delight... kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for the stay everything was in great working order linens were provided house was easy to find walking distance to the beach access and had ample parking I would recommend this home to anyone staying here it is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, well appointed and equipped, with a private pool and hot tub a gas grill to grill your surf and turf dinners and everything you need for a wonderful hassle free comfortable vacation with easy access to everything, shopping, dining, and the beach and even walking distance to the pier!!!!

"House needed a good though cleaning"
House needed a good though cleaning, lots of dust bunnies, cobwebs in the ceiling corners. The washing machine would not spin out, I called to let them know, said maintenance would come fix, never did, got told by lady that it's a bummer I had mildew towels, and lots of dirty clothes to haul home. Customer service needs some servicing. If I didn't need a washing machine I would have booked one without it! Other than that, it's a beautiful home, with everything you need for a great vacation.. the pool was absolutely stunning!

"Great house with easy beach access and ocean views"
We stayed at PI-4. The house was beautiful! Awesome direct public access to the beach. We used the play ground and pickleball court right behind the house. The pool was nice and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped, but you may need to bring your own k-cup brewer and small sauce pans. It does have several coffee pot brewers. Lots of silverware and the GE appliances were awesome the whole time. Two of almost everything. Could use an overall deep clean, but was understandably week to week clean. We didn't feel any need to reclean anywhere when we got there. Best part was NO mold smell anywhere like some of these houses get. There was a pullable cart to tote your stuff over to the beach. Overall great stay, even with the heavy winds and rain of hurricane Ian at the end of our week. Had a few small things we needed to call the office for on the first day, but they were right on top of it and very helpful.

"Great OBX Retreat - Maybe Not Ideal for WFH"
We had a really nice time. The house was very close to the beach and well-equipped. The largest problem was that the wifi was quite poor, which was a problem as some of us needed to work part-time.

"The beach house is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need. Beautiful views!…"
The beach house is absolutely beautiful every amenity extremely comfortable, However having beach construction 6 out of the 7 days a right in front of the house 24x7. It put a damper the vacation since you couldn't use the beach in front of the house. The bright lights of the construction equipment came into the living room every night and was very loud. This construction should have been pointed out more clearly in the contract for people that don't understand what beach construction is. The home is absolutely outstanding and well decorated. I would definitely come again if guaranteed there was no construction

"Smiling Seahorse Get Away"
We spent a week at the Smiling Seahorse and were very happy with the accommodations. The house has lots of indoor living space as well as open decks, porches, and a screened-in porch. We really enjoyed sitting on the sun deck in the back. We highly recommend this house for a comfortable, relaxing get away with ocean views, as well as an easy walk to the beach.
