"Beautiful home!"
This home was gorgeous, we enjoyed our vacation and had a hard time leaving! We saw wild horses in the yard ever day, the beach was a short walk to get to and we spent as much time as we could, utilizing the amazing outdoor shower areas to rinse the sand and salt off the fishing gear and our feet:) the home had everything we needed, we spent most of our time on the beach. We encountered several lovely permanent residents who were just absolutely lovely to meet! I can say I felt a panic as we left, we definitely wanted to stay. We will be visiting the outer banks again in the near future, and hope we can plan around this home again! Cheers!

"Overall it was a nice stay"
Overall it was a nice stay. Some things could have been better like the Wifi and Hot tub never worked. The house cleaners do the lesser, I guess because of the timing, but the house could use a thorough cleaning, adding the porch furniture to the list. I did some cleaning when we finally got in 2hours after check-in because no one came in to clean until 4:00.

"Beach Home Away From Home"
We loved this home. We love the sound as much as the beach so having views of both was a treat. The decor is a beautiful beachy vibe without being over done. This is one of the cleanest homes we have ever stayed in. The kitchen also being one of the most well-equipped, however there was an extremely small storage space for our own items. Some of the beds were quite a bit too soft for our liking and made for very uncomfortable sleep. We loved having a hose on the decks and the lower level entry way for making sure we didn’t get sand in the house. This house also has the largest movie collection we have ever seen in a vacation home, which was helpful as we were there for 2 weeks and 6 of those days were stormy. The beach access is a very short walk and it is a ramp. We found this a nice surprise as we traveled with elderly parents, one of whom uses a walker. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and it was kept very clean. We did SPECIFICALLY choose this house for the heated pool for Mom to do her necessary water therapy. (We also ONLY chose the Outer Banks because of Mom’s traveling comfort). Unfortunately, due to previous tenants, the heater had burned out. A reminder to guests, to NOT mess with things. Sun Realty was very kind in working with us on this situation. Despite the disappointment in this, we loved the house and if we come back to the area, will definitely consider this house!!

"We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican's…"
We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican's View. The house was very clean and well kept. The dishwasher needed a repair, but they were very quick to come out and take care of that. The pool was beautiful, just a little too cool for us to use it. Having the golf cart was a big plus! This house is in a great location, convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

"We just loved Todds Inn"
We just loved Todds Inn. Ocean front was just what we wanted. Loved having our coffee on the back deck every morning watching the ocean. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. You will need to bring garbage bags and paper products. Just a small thing. We will be back every year.

Beautiful well equipped home.we enjoyed every minute! We mostly drove out on the ramps but did use the community pool which was empty. We caught a boat load of fish and had no where to clean them.found a board under the house and stretched it across the grill for a table/cutting board. Need a fish cleaning station behind the shower maybe.

"18 years of family vacations renting from Sun Reality"
Our experience renting from Sun Realty is great. We have rented from Sun Realty for 18 years and they have been great! They keep us informed of the procedures and news from the Outer Banks, i.e. Hurricane Ian. The staff is always helpful, professional and personable. THANK YOU!!! Give them a big raise as long as you don’t raise the fees, LOL
