We highly recommend Southern Charm! Will is super knowledgeable and helped us to understand all the elements of his report so we could make informed decisions about repairs needed. His report was lengthy, thorough and had photos to help define the areas he reviewed. He welcomed any questions we had and was readily available when we called; what could have been a stressful and confusing element to navigate during the buying process was made easy by Will. We could not have asked for a better experience!

"Extremely Thorough"
We are very pleased with the very thorough inspection report. Will caught a major code violation with regard to the hot water tank and it was a potential hazard. With recommended repairs, the sellers agreed to pay for the cost which ended up saving us $750 and peace of mind that it will now be safe.

"Professional, Competent and Detailed Report"
Will is very professional and experienced in what he does better (Home Inspection). He does take his time to explain any discrepancies that come up during inspection and later provide a detailed report focusing on what need to be repaired. "Way to go Will!"
Will Heath of Southern Charm Inspection Services did a great job. I found him to be very thorough and seems to really care about his clients. During our inspection, Will was able to discover a problem that would not be easily solved. As a result, we decided against buying the house and were able to avoid a major headache and disappointment. Thank you, Will for your great work ethic and know-how!
