"Excellent and timely service"
Excellent and timely service. I was well pleased with the way the inspector was able to fit us into his schedule. He was very knowledgeable, not only about the house he was inspecting for us, but about the history of building and construction in the area. He took the time to explain his findings personally and thus gave us a better picture of what repairs will be needed in the future. I would certainly recommend him to others.

"LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! Amazing experience"
I cannot recommend this business enough. Will was an absolute dream to work with. He walked us through every single step in detail, told us what to expect for the inspection and the communication was above and beyond what I expected. Kevin was the one who came to do our inspection since Will was busy inspecting other houses. They were able to get us booked on VERY short notice. The inspection and report was incredibly thorough and easy to read. Kevin kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will showed up on time and was courteous to the present tenant. He thoroughly inspected all areas of the house, even repeating an area when photos were not up to his specs. He then walked us through all areas explaining in detail and in understandable wording each finding. I would use Southern Charm again if I ever needed.
