Will went above and beyond to ensure that my inspection happen , even after obstacles by the builder . He shifted his schedule around and made it happen. He was nothing but professional and accommodating. He is the essence of what a home inspector should be for his clients . I definitely will recommend and utilize his services in the future.

Will was very thorough on his inspection and found many major problems with the house I was under contract for. Because of that, I was able to back out of the contract and find a better house instead of being stuck with thousands of dollars worth of costly repair immediately after buying a house. He is very personable and takes obvious pride in his job. Thank you, Will!

"Very satisfied"
We needed a home inspection on very short notice and Southern Charm Inspections LLC was able to do this for us. After getting the report I had a question about the water heater that was in the house and Will went out of his way and drove back over to the house and got the answers I needed. I'd recommend Southern Charm Inspections LLC to anyone looking to purchase a home in the greater Jacksonville, NC area.

Will was honest and upfront about the entire process. When he inspected the home he was thorough and went above and beyond the standards. His attention to detail pointed out some details we were not aware of and were able to get fixed prior to closing. We also appreciate the Homebinder he had set up for us free of charge. This will come in very handy.

"William is the only Inspector I will ever use if needed"
Will was very professional and through I both inspections he has done at both- the house I sold and the house I'm buying! He is extremely knowledgeable, VERY PET FRIENDLY, and gives you 1. Piece of mind when looking for the new house 2. Value for the "Service provided". William is one of those guys that is all business until it's done then when the work is done is a very approachable, patriotic guy. He thanked me for my service and spent time out of his busy schedule to make friends with my dog. If you have him inspect a property for you, you will not regret it, unless you are trying to unload a bad house. If so he will let you know what you need to do to make it right and give recommendations for trusted professional people to do the work.

"A real inpection"
While he did the inspection I was not there. After it he called me a painted a detailed description of the things that caught his attention and which he thought needed to be repaired. He explained everything very well. I appreciate that he took the time to do a righteous inspection and did not just sign off on the house as being ok. I will definitely recommend him and use his services again .
