"Our stay was an absolute pleasure"
Our stay at Justine's Airbnb was an absolute pleasure. They we're very friendly, detailed, and helpful. Had everything we could possibly need at the Airbnb. Everything was nicely decorated and clean and it was a very central location. Would happily stay there again!

"Cute & Cozy Stay"
This space was just what I needed for my stay :) Aja was extremely kind and helpful while accommodating my trip. Would certainly consider staying here again if back in Denver.

"Todd was awesome"
Todd was awesome. Helpful. Quick to respond. Made us feel right at home. The space itself was a bit small, and one room didn’t even have a window, which made the room quite dark. When my husband got up in the middle of the night he bumped against art on the wall which fell and cracked, and we wound up being charged for that. Had I known this was rented by a company and not individuals I would have found another location.

"Our stay in Denver was great"
Our stay in Denver was great. The accommodation had everything we needed, and Meredith, the host, was very responsive with communications and answering any questions we had in a timely fashion. It was a really good stay.

"A happy landlord in Seattle"
Recently rented out my property in Seattle via Loftium. As a landlord you'd always fear when trying out a new company but Loftium was there every step of the way during the whole set up process (especially Miranda Brown) to answer my questions/concerns. I'm so far amazed by their professionalism and promptness of communication. I'd recommend Loftium to Seattle landlords.

"Great opportunity"
This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a way to practice having a rental property and getting a discount on your rent in return. Loftium makes it super easy with their systems in place to make it a seamless process. We had such a positive experience and were able to save money and work towards our financial goals. Great customer support and easy resolution when we had any issues.

"Would definitely recommend!"
I loved my stay in “the skinny suite”! It was a perfect location and set up. I was able to work remotely via the convenient desk area and wi-fi, slept soundly since it was nice and quiet, and was able to walk to lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops and felt very safe in the neighborhood. The hosts were respectful and communicative and I would highly recommend staying here!

"The perfect stay."
My stay was amazing and it was conveniently located near the downtown area. I hope to be back and stay at Earls again. It was clean and quiet. Just wish the patio furniture was clean and not broken.
