"Cute, comfortable and convenient"
This place was just what we needed for a few days visit to Denver. It is in a great location, convenient to where we were visiting (ERC) and to the airport. Access was easy with our own back door, and it had everything we needed. It’s nicely decorated, and is a pleasant, comfortable place to stay! Devin and Cassandra were excellent hosts, friendly and quick to respond.

A great place to stopover on my way from Seattle to Ashland. Nicely turned out lodgings, easy to find, easy to enjoy with great communication from the host!

"Most kid friendly stay we've ever had"
This was by far the most kid friendly place we have ever stayed at. As soon as the host found out we had a three-year-old son traveling with us, they made sure there were kids books, games, and activities that delighted and kept our son entertained, which can be quite the challenge when traveling. One day that we decided to go to the beach they even let us borrow beach towels and sand toys, it really made our day! They were truly amazing hosts.

"Slice of Heaven in Magnolia Seattle"
We just spent 3 weeks at Matt’s Magnolia AirBnB in Seattle and we could not have been happier. Matt was an extremely gracious host and he went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of during our stay. The accommodations were outstanding, the location ideal and the hospitality was second to none. Truly an amazing time!

"Loftium is awesome!"
When I first saw a Loftium ad, I thought, "What? That sounds really cool, but is it a scam?" I'm pleased to report that it's not a scam. I've had a great experience with Loftium, hosting a bnb (without assuming all the risk), and my landlord. I would highly recommend Loftium for the work-from-home crowd, but we have also successfully managed with regular 9-5s. If you've ever considered having a bnb, this is a good way to get started without owning an extra house or having strangers in the spare bedroom.

Brooke and her partner were very accommodating and flexible! Their space was spacious, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Checking in/out was seamless and I could not have asked for a better experience!

"Perfect Seattle stay!"
I had reserved this space for my husband and myself, along with our 20 year old son. We had our own room with a very comfortable queen bed, and he had his own space with a pull out bed, and a super cozy fireplace. We were all comfortable and slept well for the 3 night stay. The location is north Seattle and close to all the places we planned to visit. The shower was great with excellent water pressure, and enough towels for 4 people. It’s so nice to have a full working kitchen! We were so pleased with all the amenities and the prompt communication from the owners. I highly recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again!

"Great Location, Affordable Price"
We stayed in a small but efficient room with clean bathroom and queen bed. The location was phenomenal and couldn't be beat for the price. The space was perfect for a two people to wash up, sleep and enjoy a couple of cups of coffee before heading out for the day and returning just in time to hit the sack. Michael, our host, was very responsive to any and all requests.

"Very clean"
Very clean, quiet, spacious, and nice room! The host was very responsive and checked in regularly. The area is very convenient and close to downtown as well as Sloans Lake which is gorgeous for running/walking. I had no issue finding parking and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Michelle was very helpful, gave some great tips about the area, and was very accommodating!
