"Comfy comfy comfy!"
This place has the MOST comfortable beds and is super clean. It has all the amenities a hotel room would have. Graca is a gracious and loving host. She was flexible with our arrival time which really came in clutch. 10/10 would recommend for a comfy, cozy, and quiet stay.

"Great Denver Spot"
Super comfortable & accommodating spot in a great, walkable neighborhood that was perfect for my four-day stay in Denver. Sue was a gracious & communicative host, and everything was exactly as advertised. Recommended!

"Great place to stay"
Great place to stay! Would definitely stay here again! The host was great and gave us our privacy but also made sure we were good by messaging us if we needed anything. She gave great recommendations to visit and was very helpful with the things we needed during our vacation. It was out first time in San Diego and I’m glad we stayed at this location.

"Second year with Loftium"
We’re going into our second year with Loftium. Their rental model really great if you’re up for the extra work of cleaning an Airbnb every few days or few week to earn the discounted rent. There were a few growing pains (which you should expect if you’ve never hosted an Airbnb before). But the support from Loftium is solid and we’ve found it to be the best rental deal you can get in a busy city.

"Westwood getaway"
I stayed in the Westwood neighborhood in Denver and it was really nice, super clean, safe and very sweet touches like an area with dog bowls and supplies and snacks! Would highly recommend.

"This spot was great"
This spot was great for me and my kiddo. Separate rooms and lots of space for activities. Carl and his partner were very kind and asked what we needed to make our stay better regularly. We had total privacy but always knew help was available. The location was also stellar as it was close to coffee shops, parks and restaurants.

"Highly recommend!"
Fantastic, affordable experience. The location was perfect for our first time touring the city; so many transportation options very close and in a comfortable part of town. My husband had a trouble sleeping one night with traffic from a major highway blocks away, but it shouldn't be a very big issue unless you are a VERY light sleeper like he is. The host was wonderful, couldn't have been quicker to respond, and helped make our vacation one of our favorites ever.

"Great Opportunity"
Our experience with Loftium has been very good so far. We are getting the chance to live in a home we never could have rented on our own and in a great neighborhood. It is a lot of work to clean the Airbnb and guests can sometimes be a bit difficult, but it is worth it for the home we get to live in. The staff at Loftium are usually very helpful and supportive.

"Great Place to Stay While in Denver"
Great place to stay if visiting Denver. Host are accommodating and helpful. Renting a car during your trip is no problem in regards to parking; place was safe and easy to park at. The place itself was homey, relaxing and all that you need to enjoy a trip to Denver. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

"The stay was fine and I left a positive…"
The stay was fine and I left a positive review on Airbnb (as all reasonable people should if everything goes mostly well), but whoever left the review on my profile decided to mention we left trash (which which we definitely did not?), and said we failed to follow other checkout rules. We spent a solid 30 minutes prior to exiting going over the checklist and ensuring everything was in great shape. Pretty lame if you ask me.
