"I had a fabulous experience"
I had a fabulous experience. The team at Homelister was responsive and helpful. I sold my house 23 hours after it listed! I know part of my great experience was the current state of the housing market; however, I feel this is a valuable service even if it were a buyer’s market. I love the flexibility of the plans offered so you choose how much help you want and regardless of the plan you choose you’ll save money!! This could revolutionize the real estate market!!!

"No-brainer"
We are DIY type people, so this was a no-brainer. The market was hot and we sold in under a week for way over asking price. The folks at Homelister were patient, responsive and very helpful. We will only sell with them from here on out. We saved a ton of money and felt very supported by their great team.

"Homelister exceptional"
Homelister exceptional , we listed our home and there agents always available to help you every step of the way , we listed our home March 17 th accepted in 4 days , signed contract next day , had the closing 3 months . You get to make the commission fee for the realty and Homelisters fee very reasonable . We highly recommend Homelister to sell your home .

"I couldn’t be happier"
I couldn’t be happier! Not only was HomeLister super reasonable in price, the support I received was amazing! Saved SO MUCH money compared to selling with a realtor and I honestly don’t see where it was any more difficult - in many ways it was easier - at least for me. 100% recommend!

"One of the best decisions we made selling our home"
Using HomeLister was one of the best choices we made when selling our home. We saved a lot of money by cutting out the 3% listing agent fee, the process was easy, and I would use them again when selling. "Homelister was an excellent way to sell…"
Homelister was an excellent way to sell my Long Beach condo at the least cost and inconvenience to me. The selling experience from beginning to end was a positive one. At every step of the way, the Homelister team was available to help me from setting up the photo shoot to answering questions regarding prospective buyer appointments right up to my closing date.
